WebCT Management - A "WebCT Associate" is assigned to work with each college. Our staff help you create and manage your WebCT course.
Streaming Video - Distance Learning staff provide streaming video recordings of courses over the Internet. The lectures are accessed through WebCT.
Interactive
TV - Live Interactive Television classes are transmitted every day between our campuses and to local area high schools. Over 100 courses are broadcast over the ITV network each year.
Videoconferencing
- Our videoconferencing staff can connect you anywhere in
the world via ISDN circuits or IP Video connections from all three of our campuses.
Video Production - Our studios provide the University with television production capability, audio recording facilities and non-linear video editing service
Classroom
Equipment - The Academic Technology staff is here
to help with equipment requests and assistance with classroom
technology.
Event Support - Our Academic Technology Staff provides technology and support for non-academic events; such as, meetings, performances, presentations and athletic activities.
Faculty Support Lab - The faculty support lab provides an environment for instructors wanting to use technology in their teaching and research.
Instructional Design & Development Department - Integrating the latest multimedia technology with innovative instructional methods.
ParScore - ParScore is computer software that works in conjunction with the Scantron machines housed in the Faculty Lab. Exams are graded and automatically entered in a grade book. The grade book can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for the instructor's use and uploaded to WebCT for posting.
Student Computing Services - We offer computer services for students in our computer labs at the 1604 and Downtown campuses.
